Players step into the role of a young man who has just joined the Ministry of Magic’s Department of Illegal Sorcery. The job sounds exciting enough, but having a sharp-tongued brunette as a new partner may create almost as many problems as the criminals themselves.

Every chapter introduces another case to investigate. Along the way, there are strange magical crimes, humorous situations, spell duels, romantic choices, and adult scenes. Decisions made during investigations can affect relationships, the direction of the story, and even how LA: Streets of Sorcery eventually ends.

Investigate Crimes, Cast Spells, and Solve Puzzles

LA: Streets of Sorcery’s setting is an urban fantasy version of modern life, where witches and wizards exist alongside ordinary people while keeping their powers hidden from the public.

Solving cases involves more than simply reading dialogue. Evidence can be collected through hidden-object mini-games, with important clues scattered throughout each investigation. A detective board then lets players connect suspects, statements, and pieces of evidence to work out what is really happening.

There are also magical confrontations. Arresting certain suspects can lead to short one-on-one spell battles, while interrogations may allow the protagonist to read someone’s mind and uncover information that would otherwise remain hidden.

One of the bigger additions is the collection of puzzles connected to magical crimes and mysteries. Players who enjoy the investigative side can work through them, while anyone more interested in the story and adult scenes has the option to skip them.

Romance, Dating, and Social Life

Outside of police work, the protagonist has plenty of opportunities to build relationships. Dating-sim mechanics include branching conversations, loyalty choices, and different relationship paths, giving social decisions a noticeable impact on the story.

Free time can be spent in several ways, including bowling nights, parties at the bar, or more intimate dates. Romantic routes can lead to different outcomes, while mature scenes become available as trust and intimacy develop.

The female cast is another major part of LA: Streets of Sorcery’s appeal. New characters such as Claire, Madlen, Anhelica, Vesperia, and Violet join the story, alongside returning characters from Lust Academy. The designs feature a range of body shapes and breast sizes rather than giving every character the exact same appearance. Claire stands out in particular for her curvy figure, breast size, and overall proportions, making her a personal favorite among the female characters.
