Guys! I downloaded the v.1.3.36. version, the newest. You have to extract the file. (Between for me the password http://www.freegamesdl.net worked) then you go to the extracted file double click the most above file the go to XNA File install XNA. Then just go to the extracted Stardew Valley File again and where the ,,Stardew Valley” Icon is do rightclick then do shortcut to homescreen (idk what exactly is shown on english im german but you will now what i mean) than close data doubleclick on the icon on main computer screen wait like 5-10 seconds and have fun. Also i dont need the password at every start. I hope i could help you out!

It works just fine, but if you wanna play it you need the password, (I know the password)and it gets kinda annyoing that all the time you want to launch the game and you need to type in the password. If you could type in the password once, and it would automatically open the file so you don’t need the password to play anymore. Other than that the game is great! Thanks.

I installed it yet it wont open. theres no error or anything.

Okay so, I have everything perfectly downloaded and set up but the actual game wont run. I click on the Stardew Valley.exe file and it has the logo and everything but it does nothing.I’d like some help if you’re so kind as to offer it. Thanks for your time.
Have you checked the _CommonRedist folder?
Microsoft XNA Framework is mandatory to play the game!
Also, your DirectX must be at least on version 10 to work.
