A Cozy Plant Shop With a Dark Side

Running a small plant shop sounds peaceful enough, but things get a little strange once the sun goes down.

The Plant Shop follows Silvia, a 26-year-old woman who decides to start her own little plant shop while working a corporate job during the day. Her shop operates at night, bringing in customers who arrive with different requests.

Depending on what they order, you’ll need to prepare flowers, plants, or cacti before handing them over. The crafting system stays simple: grab a pot, add some soil, plant a seed, and give it water.

As the shop grows, the plant collection can be expanded and the store upgraded. Bringing in more varieties helps attract additional customers and gives the business room to grow.

Strange Customers and an Old Curse

Things aren’t quite as ordinary as they first appear. Customers begin talking about a curse that supposedly affected the town 30 years ago. While Silvia keeps the shop running, unusual sights and sounds start appearing around her.

That raises the main question behind the story: is something supernatural really happening, or is the town’s old curse nothing more than a legend?

The Plant Shop uses a narrative walking-simulator format with a straightforward gameplay loop. Take an order, craft the requested plant, and serve the customer. It’s easy to pick up, but the eerie events happening around the shop add a darker layer to the otherwise cozy setting.

The visual style also leans heavily into old-school VHS and CRT aesthetics. The dated screen effects give the shop an unsettling atmosphere without taking away from its cozy side.
