His quiet routine changes when a young woman arrives from outside Tokyo and rents one of the apartments.

Her name is Hiiragi Yume, a 22-year-old rookie news anchor who has just started chasing her career in the city. Friendly, approachable, and seemingly trusting, Yume gives the impression of someone who sees the best in people. Her parents also believe the condominium is a safe place for her to live.

They have no idea what really goes on behind its doors.

With access to a spare key, Shinya secretly enters Yume’s apartment while she is away and sets up hidden cameras throughout the rooms. From that point on, her private life becomes the subject of a secret observation diary, with every discovery giving Shinya new opportunities to interfere with her life.

What begins as simple surveillance can take very different directions. The choices made along the way determine whether the story moves toward control and blackmail or develops into a relationship built around affection.

Yume’s absence gives Shinya opportunities to investigate her apartment. Search different areas, discover useful locations for additional cameras, and find ways to remove blind spots from the surveillance setup.

Time also plays an important role. Create a weekly schedule, spend time studying to sharpen observational abilities, or work on crafting new cameras and equipment.

Special items can also be obtained during ROOM– 24/7 Total Surveillance. Certain items, including sleeping pills and aphrodisiacs, can affect Yume’s vulnerability and unlock additional events.

The apartment gradually becomes a place where careful preparation matters. Deciding when to investigate, what to watch, and how to use the available resources shapes what happens next.

One route focuses on using the collected footage to blackmail Yume and take complete control of her life. Another takes a different path, with Shinya keeping his darker intentions hidden while attempting to make Yume develop genuine feelings for him.
