Lifeguard Holic is a spiritual successor to the well-known NTRaholic, bringing a similar mix of management gameplay and character interactions.

Introduction
Ryouma Sakamoto, cousin of the notorious landlord Ryunosuke, once had a promising future as the captain of his university swimming team. That career came to an abrupt end after a serious injury. Things took an unexpected turn when Ryouma won a local swimming pool from a businessman during a high-stakes poker game.
Pool Management and Gameplay
The swimming pool is divided into several sections, with facilities that can be repaired, improved, and upgraded over time. Better management helps the business grow and keeps it competitive against rival pools.
Each day is separated into two periods, giving a limited number of action points for different activities. These can be spent on business tasks, promotion, maintenance, or spending time with Lifeguard Holic’s female characters.
Some of the main management activities include:
Selling tickets to increase the pool’s income.
Handing out flyers to attract more visitors.
Repairing worn-out facilities.
Upgrading pool equipment and other areas.
Improving the overall performance of the swimming pool.
Alongside the business side, Ryouma can interact with the women who visit the pool at Lifeguard Holic. Conversations help move their individual stories forward, while dedicated mini-games and lessons provide another way to build relationships.
The pool also has its own rules and risks. Visitors need suitable swimwear to enter, and interactions with customers have to be handled carefully. If inappropriate behavior is noticed by other guests, the pool’s alert level can rise, increasing the chance of getting caught.
Characters
Sakamoto Ryouma
Once the captain of his university swimming team, Ryouma saw his athletic career cut short by injury. After winning ownership of the local pool in a poker game, he decides to put his physical abilities and swimming experience to use.
His new daily routine involves running the pool, meeting its customers, and offering private swimming lessons.
Mizuhara Aoi
Aoi is a 23-year-old university student who tends to be quiet and reserved. She has a caring boyfriend and, after being bullied during childhood, has only recently become more comfortable showing her emotions.
Her seemingly innocent personality hides a more adventurous side that she keeps private. Her personal thoughts and desires are recorded in a diary, creating another layer to her character as her story develops.
Kitakawa Minami
At 27, Minami is currently unemployed and staying with her friend Kagura. She has a bold personality and a striking appearance, with a past as a delinquent adding to her confident attitude.
Minami has a particular fascination with swimming without traditional swimwear and is accustomed to being the one in control. Her storyline explores what happens when that dynamic begins to change in Lifeguard Holic.
Kagura Tanabe
Kagura is Minami’s closest friend. She is responsible, serious, and has the classic tsundere personality.
Her strong attachment to Minami also makes her protective and possessive. As Ryouma becomes more involved with Minami, Kagura starts taking a greater interest in their relationship.
The result is Lifeguard Holic that switches between running a growing pool business and developing relationships with its colorful cast. The management side gives each day a sense of progression, while the character events provide the adult-focused content that fans of the developer’s earlier work may expect.
