Built with id Tech 2, the same engine associated with the original Quake, BRAZILIAN DRUG DEALER BEFORE 4 goes all-in on fast movement, strange weapons, wild enemies, and old-school FPS action.

The campaign takes players across Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Salvador, Hell, and even Heaven. The main goal is simple enough: deal with the remaining demons, rescue the Mamadas, and save Brazil before everything gets even more out of hand.

BRAZILIAN DRUG DEALER BEFORE 4 is also a love letter to Brazilian mods, bootleg games, music, and gaming culture from the 2000s, with Mamadas getting a special place in the spotlight.

Shoot, Dash, Jump and Keep Moving

Movement plays a big part in surviving BRAZILIAN DRUG DEALER BEFORE 4’s hectic fights. The familiar Quake-style mobility returns, letting players run, jump, double jump, and dash around incoming attacks while dealing with undead enemies, demons, and other possessed threats.

And yes, there is a very specific reason for the dash and double jump.

After inserting fireworks where they absolutely should not go, those movement abilities become part of the arsenal. It is exactly the sort of ridiculous humor BRAZILIAN DRUG DEALER BEFORE 4 leans into.

The campaign contains 18 stages, covering different locations throughout Rio de Janeiro, parts of São Paulo, Salvador, Hell, and Heaven. There are also plenty of hidden areas tucked away across the levels.

The story picks up after saving Mit Aia, Mackie Jackie, and the Mamadas. A celebration in Heaven sounds like the perfect ending, but things quickly go sideways when the Mamadas are kidnapped by Ronaldo McDalest. Their Globeceta portal-opening car is taken as well, while demons from the earlier invasion are still causing trouble.

The remaining demons need to be cleared out, the Mamadas need rescuing, and the affected cities need saving.

Strange Weapons and Even Stranger Enemies

The weapon selection is every bit as bizarre as the setting.

Returning favorites include the berimbau, a payphone that fires coconuts, and the money paper airplane gun. New additions include a feijoada bowl equipped with a slingshot and a chimarrão drink flamethrower.

Enemies are just as unpredictable. Alongside armed demons and zombies, expect Brazilian truck clowns, possessed Brazilian singers, two guys riding a motorcycle, angry TV mice, and possessed soccer team mascots.

Health pickups fit the setting too. Pastel and sugarcane juice can be found throughout the maps and restore health.

The game also supports replaying stages with different movement options in mind. Rocket jumping and double jumping can reveal special secret areas that are impossible to reach otherwise, bringing back that classic 1990s FPS approach to exploration.

Campaign Co-op and Multiplayer

The full campaign can be played cooperatively, making all 18 campaign maps available for multiplayer sessions with friends.
