Arctic Shift: Fuel Station is a first-person simulation game where you run a remote fuel station deep in the frozen wilderness.

Arctic Shift: Fuel Station PC (Goldberg)

Operate a remote fuel station deep in the Arctic. Manage customers, supplies and vital systems while surviving brutal weather, wildlife and isolation. Far from civilization, your station serves as a vital stop for travelers crossing the Arctic. Fuel vehicles, stock shelves, manage supplies, maintain critical systems and keep customers moving despite the harsh conditions outside. But running a station this far north is never simple. Blizzards can cut off roads, temperatures can plunge without warning and power failures can leave both you and your customers stranded in the cold. Every day brings new challenges as you balance business management with survival.

WORKERS: For instance, there are two workers available to buy, but they have to be hired every single day. It would be much better if, once hired, they stayed employed and were automatically paid at the end of each shift. More worker roles would also be a great addition, such as a cleaner. NPC variety could also use improvement, as it’s currently the same 4–5 characters repeating the same lines every time, which quickly becomes repetitive. CARS: The car sounds are very underwhelming and not particularly satisfying. The car models also lack variety, with only the same 3–4 models appearing throughout Arctic Shift: Fuel Station.

The player’s own car has very limited customization, consisting of only a few colors, a front rake, and chained wheels (which currently can’t even be purchased because they’re bugged). More customization options would make the system much more engaging, such as additional upgrades, more paint colors, and interactive features. For example, during a snowstorm, a parked car could become covered in snow and need to be cleared before driving. Small details like these would make the vehicles much more interesting and fun. UPGRADES/FURNITURE: There aren’t many upgrades available, and the same goes for furniture.

The current selection is very limited. Adding a much larger variety of furniture that fits the cozy Arctic cabin theme—such as pine wood furniture in Arctic Shift: Fuel Station, ceiling lights, decorations, flower pots, coffee machines, sofas, and other decorative items—would make the store feel far more inviting. An indoor seating area where NPCs can relax, drink coffee, chat, and leave afterward would also add life to the environment at Arctic Shift: Fuel Station. Outdoor furniture would be another great addition, and allowing the store to be expanded would provide more long-term goals and customization options.
