• Spider Nest Dungeon: A creepy area covered in sticky spider webs, making movement particularly tricky.
• Tentacle Dungeon: Slippery tentacles writhe throughout the environment, creating plenty of unexpected hazards.
• Demon Torture Chamber: A disturbing room filled with strange torture equipment and the tempting aroma of aphrodisiacs.

Traps, Damage and Status Effects

Not every trap works in the same way. Spike-based hazards cause immediate damage, removing one ♥ as soon as Milfy makes contact.

Other traps give players a chance to escape by repeatedly pressing the required button in Milfy’s Lewd Trap Training. However, getting free does not always mean everything is back to normal. Some encounters leave Milfy with temporary abnormal status effects.

Keep an eye on the heart indicator. When it changes to purple, Milfy is suffering from a negative status effect.

Special Traps, Equipment and Achievements

Every stage contains special trap sections designed to provide a tougher challenge. These areas require more effort to escape and can lead to exclusive scenes.

Equipment also plays a role in gameplay of Milfy’s Lewd Trap Training. Adult items purchased from the shop can be equipped to introduce additional abnormal status effects, adding another layer to the dungeon experience.
