Reduced the Artifact drop rate bonus granted by Prestige. Rebalanced skills around progression through Artifact upgrades in Limitless Survivor.

Added a cap to Attack Count. Any Attack Count above the cap is converted into a separate Attack Power multiplier, providing the same DPS increase that additional attacks would have provided. Various other balance adjustments and improvements have also been made.
