Every fight feels different. Timing, movement, smart decisions, and well-placed punches all play a part in getting the knockout. Whether you prefer a technical boxing style or a more aggressive approach, there is plenty of room to make each fighter your own.

PICK YOUR FIGHTING MODE

GloveUp! offers two different ways to experience the action, depending on how you like to fight.

Enhanced Mode

This mode gives access to the full progression and ability system. Earn experience, improve your boxer, and unlock new skills that can change how a match plays out. Combine classic boxing techniques with special abilities to catch opponents off guard, take control of the fight, and turn difficult situations in your favor.

Realism Mode

For a more traditional boxing experience, Realism Mode takes special abilities out of combat while keeping the same leveling and stat progression in GloveUp!. Victory comes down to good footwork, accurate punches, solid defense, stamina control, and knowing when to attack. No extra combat skills to rely on, just boxing fundamentals and the fighter standing across the ring.

DESIGN AND CUSTOMIZE YOUR BOXER

Creating a fighter is a big part of the GloveUp! experience at v. The character customization options offer plenty of freedom to build a boxer with a distinct appearance and personality.

• Face: Adjust facial features, eye shapes, irises, eyebrows, eyeliner, and other details to get the appearance just right.
• Hair: Choose from different hairstyles and customize individual color sections to give your fighter a look that stands apart.
• Body: Pick a height and build that suits your preferences. Develop a fighter who focuses on speed, raw power, or durability.
• Clothing: Put together an outfit using different shoes, socks, shorts, headbands, dresses, tattoos, and other cosmetic options.

There is plenty to experiment with, whether the goal is to create a realistic-looking boxer or something with a more distinctive anime style.

BUILD YOUR STATS AND UNLOCK ABILITIES

Progression gives every fighter room to develop. As boxers gain levels, they earn stat points that can be assigned according to their strengths and preferred approach.

Want a heavy hitter who can finish fights with devastating punches? Prefer a quick counterpuncher who relies on speed and precision? Perhaps a tough fighter who can keep going through exhausting rounds is a better fit. The stat system lets players shape each boxer around their own strategy.

Abilities add another layer to character development. Unlock new skills as progression continues and use them to gain an advantage during difficult matches. Some abilities help apply constant pressure, while others offer ways to survive intense exchanges or make a comeback when a fight starts going badly.

GET INTO THE ACTION

Once the bell rings, every movement matters. Dodge incoming attacks, throw punches, weave around your opponent, land counters, and use clinches when the situation calls for them.

Pay attention to how each opponent fights. Some may leave openings after attacking, while others require more patience and careful defense. Learning their patterns makes it easier to choose the right moment to strike.

Good timing and smart positioning can make all the difference. Control the pace, find an opening, and finish the fight with a knockout.
