It blends platforming, high-speed movement, and intense gunfights into an experience where positioning is just as important as aim. BLOOD isn’t simply a result of combat. It’s a resource, a weapon, and a key part of survival.

BLOOD IS YOUR GREATEST RESOURCE

Every hit has a purpose beyond dealing damage. Strike your enemies and send their BLOOD splashing across the surfaces behind and around them at ALTEREDBLOOD+ [AB+]. The direction of your attacks matters, so use the environment to your advantage and cover the arena with as much BLOOD as possible.

Once an enemy falls, their body bursts into a shower of Gibs, spreading even more BLOOD across the battlefield. Nothing goes to waste.

Collect BLOOD by Sliding, Dashing, and Stomping through the splatter. Absorbing it restores Health and Ammo, giving you another chance to stay alive and push through the fight. Movement and resource management go hand in hand, making every encounter a constant balance between aggression and survival.

MOVE THROUGH MOTHER

You are part of MOTHER. Move through her structure as if the environment itself belongs to you.

Pass through obstacles like liquid, attack with greater speed, and reach incredible heights with enhanced movement abilities in ALTEREDBLOOD+ [AB+]. Standing in BLOOD makes you ALTERED, giving you even more ways to push beyond your normal limits.

AB+ takes inspiration from the movement techniques found in classic FPS games, offering plenty of mechanics to experiment with and master, including:

• B-Hopping
• Air-Strafing
• Surfing
• Trimping
• Rocket Jumping
• And more movement techniques to discover

There is plenty of room to improve your movement skills and find new ways to approach each encounter. Players can also choose between CLASSIC and MODERN Air-Control settings to customise how movement feels.

MOTHER was launched towards the galactic centre: a self-replicating megastructure designed to grow and consume at ALTEREDBLOOD+ [AB+].

Within her vast structure remain two schematics:

• A blueprint detailing the creation of Humans.
• A blueprint explaining how Humans are processed and utilised.

Humanity survives in the tiny fraction of space that remains. But instead of accepting its fate, it has begun carving into MOTHER, feeding on her BLOOD and taking what it can from her.
