Ikuya reaches the shore alongside Aina, his childhood friend and longtime crush. She is also the university’s swimming club ace and one of the most admired girls on campus. Unfortunately, the two are far from alone in Island NTR Survival SS.

The island is also home to Youji, Ikuya’s close friend and a flirtatious blonde student from the same university, along with a rough and heavily built PE teacher known by the nickname “Gorilla.” A kind older tour guide completes the group.

With no immediate way off the island at Island NTR Survival SS, everyone has to cooperate until help arrives. Food, drinking water, building supplies, and other necessities must be collected every day, making teamwork essential.

As the group’s strategist, Ikuya gets to determine who works together. Choosing suitable pairs can make gathering supplies more efficient while giving everyone enough time to recover between expeditions.

Explore the Island and Build Your Way Out

Every day brings a new round of assignments. The characters split into pairs and head to different parts of the island to search for useful resources.

The island gradually opens up as progress is made, revealing additional locations to explore. Collected materials can then be put toward useful facilities, including shelters in Island NTR Survival SS, hot springs, and eventually an escape boat.

But survival is not the only concern.

When Aina is left alone with the other men and the required conditions are fulfilled, the NTR storyline begins to develop. Her feelings start to change, and the relationship that once seemed secure slowly comes under pressure.

Multiple Routes and Endings

Island NTR Survival SS includes eight different endings, with Game Over outcomes included among them. Reaching the end once also provides additional resources that can help speed up later playthroughs.

That extra support becomes useful when exploring alternative routes and trying to see the different endings at Island NTR Survival SS. From the second run onward, upgrading the shelter also allows the reward chest to unlock the complete CG collection.
