Emily is determined to live on her own terms, even if that means cutting ties with her old life and ignoring her family for years.

Double Life: Escort Secrets focuses on Emily’s transformation from an inexperienced student into a confident and independent woman. Her new lifestyle takes her through luxury hotels, nighttime Los Angeles, clients, fantasies, and adult situations.

Story and Gameplay

The story is divided into 11 chapters, with each one taking roughly 5 to 11 minutes to complete. The structure is fairly simple: Emily gets involved in a situation, an adult scene usually follows, and then the story moves on to the next chapter.

There are some choices during the NSFW sequences, but they don’t appear to have much impact on the overall story. Because of that, Double Life: Escort Secrets feels more like a kinetic adult visual novel than a traditional choice-heavy VN. Emily generally follows her own path while the player watches events unfold.

A basic phone feature is also included. Messages can be opened and answered, while Emily’s diary provides short entries between sections. These additions give the story a little more interaction without turning Double Life: Escort Secrets into a complex gameplay experience.
