Something has gone terribly wrong in the strange little world of PAPERHEAD. What looks like a charming cardboard wonderland soon turns into a nightmare filled with danger, mystery, and some seriously unsettling surprises. An abandoned research facility holds the answers, but getting to the truth won’t be easy. The biggest question remains: WHY WOULD CARDBOARD… BLEED?

The result is an unusual mix of fast action, exploration, and disturbing secrets, all backed by a soundtrack that perfectly suits its twisted setting.

Fast Combat, Heavy Weapons, and Plenty of Chaos

Fighting in PAPERHEAD is all about staying quick, hitting hard, and making the most of the environment. Launch enemies into the air, send explosive barrels flying in their direction, or leap onto their heads like a certain famous Italian plumber. When subtlety isn’t an option, a trusty shotgun can turn troublesome enemies into scraps in seconds.

The arsenal doesn’t stop there, either. Between powerful weapons, hard-hitting kicks, and fast movement, combat feels wild and unpredictable. There’s always another way to deal with whatever stands in the way.

Draw Weapons, Change the World

The magical pencil is much more than another weapon in the inventory. It lets players reshape their surroundings and turn simple sketches into useful tools. Need an explosive surprise? Draw a bomb, then kick it straight toward a group of enemies. A locked passage causing trouble? Sketch a door and kick it open.

Even the walls offer room for creative mischief. Write a few questionable words across them just because the opportunity is there. In PAPERHEAD, drawing isn’t just for decoration; it’s part of the action, and the possibilities make exploring the world even more entertaining.

At first glance, PAPERHEAD looks like a playful world made from cardboard and paper. Spend a little time exploring, though, and that innocent appearance starts to crack.
