The journey returns to the original lands of Linirea, bringing back recognizable characters and classic locations while introducing new ones along the way. Build your defenses, choose the right heroes, and figure out how to handle increasingly dangerous enemy waves.

18 Campaign Stages Across Linirea

The campaign takes place across three distinct areas of early Linirea: the Citadel, the Stormcloud Depths, and the distant lands of Arcania.

There are 18 handcrafted stages to play through, and each one has its own paths, mechanics, surprises, and hidden Easter eggs. The battles stay varied rather than simply repeating the same setup.

More than 40 different enemies stand in your way, spread across five enemy factions. Six massive boss encounters also await, each bringing its own set of challenges.

Every completed stage also unlocks five additional ways to play, changing the rules and forcing different strategies.

Classic Rush is a fun throwback to the original 2011 Kingdom Rush, complete with its classic tower arsenal. Iron Challenge puts you against a brutal single wave, while Blitz focuses on dealing with enemies at a faster pace. Hero Party lets you command four heroes without using spells, and Spell Rush flips things around by limiting your defense to towers and spells.

Heroes, Towers, Spells and Strategy

Kingdom Rush 6: Genesis TD features 27 upgradeable characters in total, including 15 towers and 12 heroes.

There are 15 towers to experiment with, each offering special abilities that can be combined in different ways. Finding combinations that work well together becomes a big part of building an effective defense.

You can also take two heroes into each stage. The roster contains 12 heroes, bringing together returning favorites and new characters. Heroes can be upgraded to unlock stronger abilities and provide more support during difficult battles.

Nine powerful spells are available as well. Saving the right spell for a dangerous moment can completely change how a battle plays out at Kingdom Rush 6: Genesis TD.

Customization goes further than simply choosing your lineup. Every hero and spell has its own upgrade tree, while global tower upgrades can be adjusted between stages to better match the strategy being used.
