A Fast-Paced Top-Down Adventure

Battle through relentless waves of lust-driven monsters, strengthen your character during each run, and build relationships with six distinctive companions. As progress continues, new animated adult scenes and story moments become available.

The action gets tougher as the runs go on. Enemies arrive in larger numbers, bosses become more aggressive, and every encounter calls for quick reactions and smart positioning in Hentai Mayhem. Between fights, power-ups and new abilities give plenty of ways to shape a stronger build.

Meet the Six Companions

Each companion has a distinct personality and visual style, giving the adventure more variety beyond the battlefield.

• Aurora – The Fallen Goddess: With amber skin, flowing white hair, and an unmistakably divine presence, Aurora brings a striking celestial style to the group.

• Ember – The Hot-Tempered Blacksmith: A fiery redhead with a strong build and an equally fiery personality. Her determination makes her a memorable companion.

• Jade – The Innocent Nun: Devout and seemingly pure, Jade finds herself caught in the darker events surrounding the adventure.

• Luna – The Mischievous Maid: Courteous and well-mannered at first glance, Luna has a playful side that quickly becomes impossible to overlook.

• Sakura – The Uncaring Goth Beauty: Cold, battle-tested, and highly efficient, Sakura has little trouble cutting through monster hordes.

• Yuki – The Aspiring Knight: A loyal apprentice with a competitive streak, Yuki is eager to prove herself despite her unconventional fit for heavy armor.

Build the Right Strategy

Preparation matters before every run. Choose a weapon from the available arsenal, select a starting ability, and decide which companion will join the fight at Hentai Mayhem. Different combinations create different strengths, so experimenting with weapons, abilities, and companions can lead to surprisingly effective builds.

During combat, collect powerful upgrades and unlock new abilities as the difficulty rises. The goal is to turn an initially vulnerable character into a force capable of handling increasingly dangerous waves and demanding boss encounters.
