Fell & Sell puts you into a first-person fantasy adventure that mixes hack-and-slash roguelike combat with hands-on shop management.

Slay. Loot. Sell. Survive.
Head into dangerous dungeons, grab as much valuable loot as possible, and make it back alive. Turn your finds into useful gear, fill your shelves, and then head out again to chase even bigger profits.
Why shop like a hero when you can become one?
A Shopkeeper Who Fights for Stock
Running a fantasy store sounds peaceful enough. Getting the goods, however, is a different story.
This fast-paced, first-person 3D roguelike puts combat and commerce side by side. Building a successful shop depends on more than smart buying and selling. You also need to know how to handle a sword, move quickly, and stay alive when things get ugly.
Every item on the shelves comes with a price: blood, sweat, and plenty of steel.
Survive the Dungeon
Still alive? Good. That means there’s time to learn the rules before the skeletons come knocking.
Behind the shop lies a dangerous dungeon that stretches deeper with every run. You can also venture into the nearby forest to gather useful materials.
Danger Comes With a Reward: Fight through waves of skeletons and other monstrous enemies as you descend. The farther you go, the better and rarer the loot becomes. There’s a catch, though: dying means losing everything that hasn’t been banked.
Take the loot and escape safely, or push deeper in hopes of finding something legendary?
Builds Can Get Wild: Dungeon altars can completely change the way a run plays. Shrink yourself to avoid enormous attacks, turn heavy objects into gold with the Midas Touch in Fell & Sell, or switch between manic and depressed combat states to throw enemies off.
The Forest Fights Back: The wilderness isn’t exactly peaceful either. Goblin raiding parties, unexpected thunderstorms, and the strange effects of psychedelic mushroom season can turn a simple gathering trip into complete chaos.
Turn Loot Into Progress
Making it back to the cabin is only the halfway point at Fell & Sell. Once the materials and recipes are safely home, they can be turned into better equipment and a stronger business.
Forge Better Gear: Create stronger weapons and sturdier armor to prepare for the next expedition. Better equipment means a better chance of surviving the deeper parts of the dungeon.
Visit the Quest Board: Completed feats from your expeditions can be handed in at the local Quest Board for gold, equipment, and useful items.
Decorate With a Purpose: Furniture and decorations do more than make the shop look good. Certain setups provide permanent combat bonuses for future dungeon runs while also improving the shop’s appeal and helping sales.

Features of Fell & Sell:
- Open the doors, put the goods on display, and start making money.
- Set Your Own Prices: Keep an eye on supply, demand, shop prestige, and decoration bonuses when deciding what each item should cost. Charge too much and customers may walk away. Go too cheap and the business can quickly run into trouble in Fell & Sell.
- Finding that profitable middle ground is part of the challenge.
- Build the Business: Put those hard-earned profits back into the shop and keep expanding. What starts as a modest roadside cabin can eventually become a powerful fantasy trading empire.
