33 Days till Extraction is a top-down sci-fi action RPG shooter built around roguelike progression with engaging gameplay.

A Roguelike Shooter on a Dying World
Extraction is 33 days away, and staying alive is anything but simple.
The story takes place on a distant planet left in ruins after an orbital bombardment. A Space Desant death-chaplain has been stranded there, surrounded by a hostile environment at 33 Days till Extraction, elite spec-ops units, and ruthless bounty hunters.
The planet is especially dangerous during the day. Armed patrols constantly scan the surface, leaving ruined buildings and underground spaces as the only real shelter. Night changes everything. Once darkness falls, it becomes possible to venture outside, search abandoned areas, fight enemies, gather supplies, and even bring fallen soldiers back from the dead.
Necromancy might not have been part of the original mission, but survival has a way of changing priorities.
Gunfire, Necromancy, and Roguelike Progression
Every run takes place across procedurally generated areas packed with different enemies, unexpected events, and rewards. No two attempts play out exactly the same way, which keeps exploration and combat from feeling too predictable.
Falling in battle also doesn’t necessarily mean losing everything. Forbidden rituals and quick battlefield improvisation can turn dead fighters into useful allies in 33 Days till Extraction. That gives each run room for recovery and experimentation rather than forcing every death to mean a complete reset.
Combat mixes conventional firepower with strange and dangerous abilities. The arsenal includes:
Plasma weapons
Lasers
Ballistic firearms
Experimental weapons
Necromantic abilities
Vampirism
Energy manipulation
Tech-magic combinations
Gear, perks, and special powers can all be combined to create different builds in 33 Days till Extraction. The fun comes from finding combinations that work well together, whether that means leaning heavily into weapons, supernatural abilities, or a mix of both.
Build a Base Between Runs
Survival isn’t only about what happens in the field. Between expeditions, the base becomes a place to prepare for the next night at 33 Days till Extraction.
Facilities can be built and upgraded, new fighters can be recruited, and their unique traits can shape how future runs are approached. Loadouts can also be prepared around different playstyles, while long-term progression gradually opens up new options.
The base serves as both a safe haven and the launch point for the next dangerous trip into the darkness.
