Iron Blight is a survival horror game set in a cold, rain-soaked town somewhere in the Eastern Bloc. Trapped inside a room.

While grotesque creatures claw at the door, there is no easy way out. The goal is simple but far from easy: make it through the feverish night, uncover what is hiding in the darkness, and, above all else, find Valeria, your wife. The world has fallen apart. The government is gone, the town has been abandoned, and the streets are anything but empty. Something is moving beyond the walls, and it certainly does not have good intentions.
With Valeria somewhere out there, survival is the only option. The question is whether the journey through this freezing, hostile night will lead back to her. On the ruined streets of this Eastern Bloc town, every round of ammunition counts. Weapons can help clear a path, but shooting everything that moves is rarely the smartest choice. Search for useful tools, work around obstacles, and avoid fights when there is a safer way forward. Iron Blight puts atmosphere, vulnerability, and isolation at the center of the experience.
Firing a weapon can solve one problem while creating another, as the noise may attract creatures nearby. Even opening a locked door can require a moment of planning. Food and medical supplies are limited, movement needs to be careful, and every new corner can hide another threat.

Features of Iron Blight:
- No HUD: There are no health bars, ammunition counters, or distracting menus. Information comes from the character and the surrounding environment, leaving perception as the main source of feedback.
- Distinctive Weapon Handling: Magazines have to be checked manually, one round at a time, while reloading is handled through deliberate steps. Gunfights feel tense because every shot and every reload carries weight.
- Dark, Oppressive Setting: Rain-covered cobblestone streets, weak fluorescent lights, and distant inhuman cries create a town that feels cold and deeply unsafe. The deeper the journey goes, the more suffocating the atmosphere becomes in Iron Blight.
- Old-School Horror Feel: Fear comes from uncertainty, isolation, and the constant possibility of death. Much of the story is revealed through the environment, while combat stays slow and deliberate, making every shot count.
- Grid-Based Inventory: Inventory space is deliberately tight, making every item worth considering. Deciding what to keep, what to use, and what to leave behind becomes part of the survival challenge in Iron Blight.
- Limited Resources: Supplies are hard to come by. Using the last bullet on a monster might keep you alive now, but saving it could be the better choice if something worse is waiting ahead.
- Classic Survival Horror: Explore empty streets and cramped interiors where danger can appear without warning at Iron Blight. Puzzles and hostile creatures force difficult decisions: stand and fight, run away, or risk dying.
