The gameplay is fun and addictive. The progress is noticeable almost after every upgrade; they matter and rely on each other pretty significantly. The progression feels good, but there are some breakpoints when going from weak to strong. The later levels feel a bit tedious, but once they are beaten, the mechanic that made them tedious is gone. It’s pretty cool to have a unique mechanic tied to the lore.
