Flipping is Hard is a challenging platformer game where Flippy can only rotate and use a vibration jump to move around.

No Legs, Just Flips
Forget walking, running, or jumping like a normal character in Flipping is Hard. Every flip matters, every fall hurts, and reaching the top takes patience, precision, and a fair bit of stubbornness. The mission is simple: make it through the climb and find Jeff again.

Whether playing alone or teaming up with friends, expect plenty of frustrating falls, unexpected laughs, and moments that make getting back up feel worth it.
Master the Flip and Conquer the Climb
Flippy has no legs, so movement works differently here. Rotation is the main way to get around, and mastering it takes time. One poorly timed move can send the character tumbling back down, turning even a short climb into a serious challenge.
Choose between two ways to play in Flipping is Hard:
- Solo Mode: Take on the entire adventure alone, learn the controls, and work through the story at your own pace.
- Online Co-op: Team up with as many as 16 friends and struggle through the climb together. Sometimes, having company makes the falls even funnier.
Teamwork, Chaos, and Getting Back to Jeff
Little Jeff’s unfortunate encounter with a perfectly placed banana peel sent Flippy flying straight into a storm drain. Now the two are separated, and getting back together won’t be easy. The only way to reach the happy ending is to fight through the obstacles and make it to Jeff.
Playing online adds another layer of chaos at Flipping is Hard. Friends can use objects such as beams and microwaves to help one another through tricky sections. Proximity chat lets everyone hear the panic, complaints, and laughter as plans fall apart in real time.
For those who enjoy the challenge but would rather skip some of the frustration, Chill Mode offers optional checkpoints. It makes the climb more forgiving without taking away the fun of learning the movement system.
Extra Challenges, Customization, and Classic Games
There’s more to discover beyond the main climb. Sixteen different NPCs offer side quests that put movement skills to the test, with rewards waiting for those who manage to complete their challenges in Flipping is Hard.
Flippy can also get a personal style upgrade. Choose from different phone cases, charms, stickers, and other cosmetic items to give the character a look that stands out.
Feeling nostalgic? Hidden unlockables let players find and enjoy classic mobile games from the past. It’s a fun little bonus that adds a game-within-a-game twist to the adventure.
Speedrunners have plenty to work with, too at Flipping is Hard. Quick restarts make it easy to jump back into the action after a mistake, while built-in splits help track progress. The movement mechanics take practice to master, making every improvement feel earned.
When the climb gets rough, will you keep flipping your way upward or call it quits?

Features of Flipping is Hard:
- A Tough Climb That Rewards Persistence
- This is a game that can test patience just as much as reflexes. Falls are part of the experience, mistakes can cost serious progress, and success rarely comes without a few failed attempts. Still, mastering a tricky move or finally reaching a difficult ledge makes the struggle feel worthwhile.
- Play solo for a demanding platforming challenge, or bring friends along for a co-op adventure filled with teamwork and chaos. Either way, the road to Jeff is anything but easy.
- The journey spans 10 different areas, each bringing its own obstacles as the goal of reaching the top gets closer. The controls are easy to understand, but getting good at them is another story.
