Bus Simulator 27 features the largest and most varied bus lineup the series has offered so far. More than 45 officially licensed vehicles from 13 well-known manufacturers are available, including Solaris™, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, IVECO BUS, Scania, and Volvo.

There is plenty of choice behind the wheel. Drive traditional rigid buses, articulated models, and double-deckers, or switch things up with modern electric buses. For the first time in the series, coaches are also part of the fleet, opening the door to longer journeys and intercity trips.

Felicia Bay is a sunny fictional region in Southern Europe, drawing inspiration from Spain and Portugal. The area is built around the twin cities of Alcaztelar and Mequina, with 20 distinct districts to explore and a wide range of landmarks along the way.

The world feels active and lived-in thanks to changing weather, a complete day-and-night cycle, and busy roads filled with traffic. All of this is brought together with the help of Unreal® Engine 5.

Running the buses is only part of the job. Set up routes, organize timetables, hire drivers, allocate lines, and manage the day-to-day operation of the company. Buses can also be personalized with different wraps and advertisements. The goal is simple: provide dependable public transport and win back the confidence of both local residents and tourists.

Three Ways to Play

Bus Simulator 27 offers three game modes: Story, Career, and Sandbox. Each one gives you a different way to enjoy the experience, so you can focus on progression, management, or simply driving and exploring at your own pace.

There is plenty happening while you are on the road, too. Passengers can interact with you during journeys, while unexpected events inside the bus and on the streets can add some extra pressure to a route.

And driving isn’t the only role available. Take on the job of an inspector, hop aboard as a passenger, or leave the bus behind and explore Felicia Bay on foot. Hidden collectibles and scenic points of interest are scattered throughout the region for those who want to see more of the map.

Team Up With Friends

The entire experience can also be enjoyed with friends through four-player cooperative multiplayer with full crossplay support. Work together to plan routes, operate your buses, and expand the company as a team.

PC players can take things further with mod.io support, giving Bus Simulator 27 additional room for customization and community-created content. A wide selection of popular steering wheels and gamepads is supported as well, making it easier to set up the driving experience to your liking.
