In this wasteland, mutants and gangs roam in search of essential resources such as food, water, and valuable items. As the commander of the Union, a semi-state organization with military and research capabilities, your objective is to aid in the reconstruction of humanity.
Utilizing advanced military technology will give you an advantage over the bandits, but the task ahead will be far from easy. You must make strategic choices rooted in scientific principles to ensure the survival of both the civilian population and your troops in this hostile world.
