Tunche PC Game 2021 review:
You feel that you are improving as a player every time you die. It combines local legends and stories with the mysterious Amazon rainforest.
At the time of the first release, Tunche attracted a lot of attention to the combination of cute characters, collaborations with famous characters, and belt scrolling action + roguelike. Personally, we was very interested in it because it was quite a taste sniper, but there were a lot of things we were worried about in the demo and various pre-releases. However, these parts remain until the official release, so it is a pity that the game cannot fully show the potential it could have and it is only a flat game.
The cartoon-style art design of this game and the visual elements in the game are quite high quality. In particular, the design of the playable characters is quite attractive, and the cartoon elements in the story are visually outstanding. The sound is also consistent with the visuals, except for some that feel too bouncing, and compose the external appearance of the game well enough.
Combat and controls are generally good. In some ways, it is challenging, in some ways irrational elements exist, and there are various combos in a generally good tempo, and there are upgrade elements that collect rewards. The problem seems to be that they tried to give some variety of play in this way, but the lack of diversity in the types and patterns of enemies and bosses, and the battle area, come to the fore. Because of this, the depth and variety of play is lacking more than expected, and the overall replay value of the game that follows it is disappointing.
