Tomb Raider III is an Action, Adventure, and Puzzle game for PC published by Square Enix in 2012. The adventure with Lara continues!
Tomb Raider III PC Game 2012 review:
It’s a great game, replayable and on top of that full of adventures… adventures with Lara Croft in India, Nevada, South Pacific, London, and Antarctica.
Thousands of years ago a meteor crashed into Antarctica and the shockwaves of its impact are being felt in the modern age. Lara Croft will follow clues leading to a deadly secret, boldly leaping chasms and blasting monsters that no one has leaped or blasted before. This time she faces a mystery that’s from way out of this world. Tomb Raider III is a complex adventure that combines puzzles with high-speed action.
Sure these games are old, They have blocky graphics, bad fmv, control schemes that were made before analog sticks and mouse look were the standard, but there is also some of what made early 3d games great as well. This game was designed to be an Indian Jones style game, and it nails it. The enviroment is full of traps, dangerous jumps, puzzles, and aggressive wildlife.
You never feel safe in this game, you wont find any hand holding here, you have to explore every bit of the levels just to find out what to do, then you have to experiment ( with jumps, running to avoid, long swims where worry about running out breath)
Pros of Tomb Raider III:
- You will be able to find weapons without finding secrets like it was previously
- There are more weapons
- Story is still decent
- Better weapon models and sounds
