The game is quite complex at the beginning, a little difficult to take in hand but once you understand the mechanics of the game it is very well done and you can spend hours without realizing it.

This is a Ghost is a supernatural investigation game. You are a member of a secret society that hunts or sets free scary entities from our world.
Warning: This game is brutal to beginners and will punish you heavily, if you are wanting a more casual experience or to not take permanent reputation loss early, make sure to check the “Training Mode” box until you are comfortable with the game. (we are finally making consistent wins on easy, and above starting rep on Vanguard, though we are -400 on Night Keepers still).
Read the tutorial book. Seriously. You will die. A Lot. If you start making money, spend it asap, as you will likely lose it if you dont. Keep buying ghosts every game you succeed as it will increase your money modifier so you make more per success.
Pros of This is a Ghost:
- Start your investigation with a set of 14 tools to find clues to a haunting.
- 45 possibilities ! 15 entities with unique characteristics and 3 associated behaviours. Will you succeed in your contract ?
- Four maps to start the adventure: Small, medium and large.
- Find out more about the entity by conducting your survey and complete your contract.
- Destroy the threat or release the haunting from this world.
- Increase your reputation among secret societies and unlock new contracts, improves equipment.
