The game formerly known as Project P-100, is a video game developed by PlatinumGames and published by Nintendo released for Wii U on August 23, 2013, in Europe1, August 24 in Japan and Australia, and September 15 in North America. A remastered version, funded via crowdfunding, is scheduled for May 2020 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Windows2.
The single-player campaign is divided into levels. Each level ends on a note depending on a number of factors, such as the time it takes for the player to complete the level and the amount of damage he has suffered. In addition to a single-player mode, the game has a cooperative mode that supports up to five players, with one person using the GamePad and the other four using their own Wii U Pro Controller.
