It has been more than 5 years since we in the West received a new title from the Ace Attorney saga. Driven by the success of the remastering of the first three titles of the franchise in 2019, Capcom surprises us with this new collection of two titles that never saw the light outside of Japan.
The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles is a compilation that includes The Great Ace Attorney: Adventures and The Great Ace Attorney 2: Resolve, released in 2015 and 2017 for the Nintendo 3DS and later on mobile devices.
When you remove all the impossible, whatever is left must be the truth. At first glance, many may not be attracted to a story that does not continue the events of previous games, putting aside everything we knew so far to take a look at the past; more specifically in late 19th century London and Japan.
As for the story, The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles manages to combine mystery and humor in a fantastic way, all this without forgetting the dramatic moments that will serve as turning points in the life of Ryunosuke and his companions.
