Experience the events leading up to the decisive final battle for the fate of mankind in the war against the machines. Terminator: Resistance, is a first-person shooter set during the ‘Future War’ scenario that was only glimpsed at in the iconic films, ‘THE TERMINATOR’ and ‘T2: JUDGMENT DAY’. The machines are destined to lose, but at what cost?

Wow! What a surprise this game turned out to be. From the moment the main menu loads and that beautiful rendition of the terminator theme by Chris Detyna, based on the Original Theme by Brad Fiedel comes on we are like this feels good.

The graphics are a mixed bag with some areas being down right beautiful and some looking last gen but it didn’t affect the gameplay for me. The night time missions with the light of the moon and the fires creating a eerie atmosphere fitting for a terminator game. The Unreal 4 Engine does the job well here but don’t expect to be blown away.

  • Run and gun or sneak and hack through Skynet’s defences!
  • Level up your skills and explore a post-apocalyptic world for scraps to trade and craft!
  • Interact with a motley group of survivors and change their fates!

    FOV

    Use WIN + R and enter “%localappdata%
    Go to the folder named “Terminator”
    Open the “Saved” folder and then open the “Config” folder
    Open the “WindowsNoEditor” folder
    Find “GameUserSettings”.ini and open it with a text editor
    Find the “FieldOfView” string and change the number to your desired FOV setting
    Save the file and re-launch the game!
