The game leads us directly to our biggest criticism of this game: the walking distances are too long or there are too few options to shorten them. A kind of teleporter that you can use to travel back to the islands you have already explored would have been really nice.
And the journey started promisingly. As a son or daughter, depending on what you choose, you start off on new shores with your father, a captain, and the team. But you cannot reach the desired frosty tundra, a storm gets in your way and distributes the team on a number of small islands.
Now it is up to you to reunite the crew and to take care of them and your well-being. In plain language, you have to start walking and get food, building materials for accommodation, and more. You will explore the islands and find that they are not as deserted as you initially thought … You run classic with W, A, S, and D or if you hold down the right mouse button and move the cursor. Of course, the key assignment can also be changed.
