Spider Man Friend or Foe is an Action and Adventure game for PC published by Activision in 2007. A third-person Beat’em up style!
Spider Man Friend or Foe PC Game 2007 review:
The game takes up the setting of the three films, although he will have a different enemy, who will force Spider-Man to join his enemies and friends to fight against that threat.
In an opening scene, Spider-Man finds himself being hunted by his villains from the movies. He gets help from New Goblin as he battles the Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Sandman, and Venom. The six characters are attacked by an enemy force and one by one, the villains begin to disappear. Meanwhile, Spider-Man is rescued by Nick Fury of SHIELD, who informs him that the meteor that had brought the symbiote to Earth has been broken up in Earth’s atmosphere and five more pieces have been distributed in five different locations on the globe.
Fury sends Spider-Man to retrieve the meteor shards. Spider-Man discovers that the villains who attacked him and several other enemies, including Rhino and the Scorpion, are under the mind control of a mysterious villain. The villain also creates and controls half symbiote and half holographic infantry. called GHOSTS (short for Nano-Tech Armed Forces with Advanced Monstrous Singular Avatars). As Spider-Man fights his enemies one by one and rescues them from mental power, they promise to help find the culprit.
As Spider-Man progresses, he gains more allies such as the Marauder, the Black Cat, Iron Fist, the Lizard (not portrayed as a villain), and Blade. He discovers that the villain responsible is Mysterio., their intention is to use their army to control the world, using each fragment of the meteor to make them stronger. Spider-Man realizes that the only way to confront Mysterio is by using the last fragment to retrieve his black suit. In the end, Spider-Man defeats him and gives the fragments to Fury, who decides to analyze them and refers to the study as “Project Carnage “, because of the enormous carnage that had occurred.
Pros of Spider Man Friend or Foe:
