Rogue Lords is an Action, RPG, and Strategy game for PC published by Nacon in 2021. Physics and magic are very unbalanced!
Rogue Lords PC Game 2021 review:
A game where you move a branching map like Slay the Spire and defeat the boss. You will not die in a moribund state, but in that state, you can reduce “wickedness”.
First of all, the enemy’s skills to defend against physical damage: shield. blessing. dodge. soul split. clumsy. exhaustion. At present, we only found that there are shields, headaches, and exhaustion that can prevent psionics. Magical damage is simply a natural advantage.
Secondly, AOE capabilities. There are basically 3 mobs in this game. The physical damage AOE is only the headless one. The 3-cost AOE is better in the early stage. It is better to catch other AOEs. If it is not 2 charges, it is a weak chicken of 2-5.4-6 or a purple card. Gold cards are not available. And what about magic? Mary has seven years. The white banshee has deteriorated. The succubus has the wind. Hecate has the rays. The doctor has the cloud of death. It is all white card damage and can be caught in the early stage. we don’t know how many blocks of physics will be thrown away.
Defensive ability. Physical damage skills are basically bleeding, decay, and zombie damage. And what about magic? Burning. Crash hitting damage, clumsy (-10 physical attack) headache (-10 magic attack) exhaustion (half damage) fighting star shift (-attack) with output and defense, as well as various solutions DeBUFF. Additional fees. Brush skills. My special mother doesn’t know how to lose.
Pros of Rogue Lords:
- Excellent original mechanics (deckbuilding with skills, cheating directly as the devil breaking the 4th wall, Terror on map)
- The atmosphere is well designed, total fit for the lore.
- Rogue lite mechanics are well used. A bit of meta progression to unlock new characters and spells (Allows new game style)
- Replayability relies on your curiosity. If you love discovering new combo, trying to win in different ways you may play for years. If you just wanna beat the game once asap, you may play 30~40hours. Which is already good for the price.
