This game is a remake of an old classic. All graphics have been brought up to date with the latest technology.

As far as we have been able to determine so far – but our memory is no longer so good – nothing has changed in the plot. But the game was already quite tricky back then and it is a real pleasure to solve the puzzles again.
There is enough help in the game itself to get over the darned spots. we can only warmly recommend the game to anyone who likes to solve puzzles and uncover unusual relationships.

Pros of Riddle of the Sphinx The Awakening:
- Graphics look great, especially on a big screen. Game excels at setting the ambience through visuals and audio. Cutscenes are also great, especially the helicopter flights.
- Puzzles are mostly very good, they require collecting items and clues from various different places, and the gameplay is completely nonlinear. Puzzle difficulty varies between easy to medium difficulty, but there are a couple of harder ones which we really liked.
- Hint book is a great addition to the game (unfortunately you have to pay for it as a DLC). Not only it provides hints, it also gives a lot of background information about the places you visit in the game.
- Simple controls.
