Promesa PC Game 2020 review:
A walking simulator with contemplative gameplay and gallery-like locations. In the role of an incorporeal spirit, fly through the memories and dreams of the person who loved his home and family the most.
The game has no interaction with the outside world. We can only fly and view diorama scenes. As soon as we approach a certain area, we are promoted in the story to the next location. These transitions are made amazingly and create the feeling that you are in the afterlife and watch how all the dear or memorable places that you have visited during your lifetime are leafing through in front of you.
Dioramas-locations resemble beautiful paintings with soft highlights and backlighting. Here time stopped, all living beings disappeared, but the sound background creates an unusual, enchanting atmosphere of their presence. This is not a game, but a work of art. You walk, admire, and do not even notice that at some point you begin to remember your own life.
The passage will take 40 minutes, but it will not open all the locations. You can play the game again and try to find entrances to other places or select hidden scenes in the main menu and immediately move to the diorama that you have not seen. This is convenient, given that the character moves too slowly, and so you are not allowed to go through the already learned path again.
