When any of the prisoners decide to escape, they can prevent him easily. When all of the prisoners decide to escape, It would be a really hard condition for the guards.

They can’t do anything in that case. So, The design of the prison should be a great one. So, None of the criminals can escape. When a criminal escapes successfully, You will get negative scores. Some of the equipment may be removed from your menu too. So, The players have to make a great designed prison for the criminals. There are other duties for the players in Prison Architect too.
