In the aftermath of the apocalyptic events that concluded the Postal Dude’s chaotic week in Paradise, a new chapter begins as he and his deranged pitbull companion, Champ, make their way to the neighboring city of Catharsis.

However, their hopes for a better life are quickly shattered by the grim reality that awaits them. Catharsis, plagued by the Global Economic Meltdown, fanatical “Green” extremism, and pervasive government corruption, proves to be no haven. Now, faced with the absurdities orchestrated by a hypocritical and conniving Mayor, the Postal Dude finds himself at a crossroads. Will he succumb to the influence of a maniacal cartoon mascot with ties to Al Qaeda?
Or perhaps he will face off against the Eco-Zealots led by a former Vice-President? And let’s not forget the presence of Gay Segway “biker” gangs and a sociopathic cult leader of an uncle with dangerous nuclear ambitions. The choice is his to make. Will the Postal Dude give in to his primal instincts, resorting to fighting fire with gasoline, embracing the chaos that surrounds him? Or will he rise above the madness, transcending his own nature to become something greater?
Will he take on the duty to protect and serve his fellow citizens, striving to shield them from the rampant insanity that plagues the modern society they inhabit? Amidst this tumultuous journey, the Postal Dude encounters an eclectic mix of celebrity characters, including the notorious super porn star Ron Jeremy, Village People Cowboy Randy Jones, internationally despised film director Uwe Boll, and Playboy Playmate Jennifer Walcott.
