It has a ridiculous amount of mix-up for a fighter of this type, with two kinds of guard breaks, sidesteps, and ranged attacks. Commonly, you’ll be sidestepping a bunch of attacks when your opponent nails you with a powerful heavy guard break, which beats sidesteps, which you weren’t fast enough to react in time to. If you expect a heavy guard break, you may rush in to attack, and then get countered by a side-step then attack. There are many counters and counters to counters. It’s ridiculous how many people don’t realize how deep this is, simply because they’re so bad at fighting games.
