As a player of the first chapter, we were waiting for this game with a lot of hype. Initially, we had not really appreciated the fact that they had decided to make it a standalone chapter, instead of letting out simple dlc for the first game.
Pad in hand, however, we realized that the new contents and improvements are several, consequently a “mega dlc” would have been limiting and in general would have sold much less.

Pros of My Hero Ones Justice 2:
- Compared to the first game, the roster of the characters has been doubled, bringing the number to a total of 41 (which will become 46 through the 5 dlc characters foreseen by the season pass).
- A higher level of destructibility has been added to the arenas and during the clashes it will also be possible to move to lower levels of the map or to the side, etc. The total arenas of the game have also been increased to 25.
- The gameplay is smoother and deeper thanks to the addition of a new stamina bar that allows the player to parry the moves only for a limited time and to perform dashes and counterattacks, making the battles much more intense and less simplistic than the first game.
