The impression that remains is that Mafia 3 is still in Alpha, then goes to Beta and can still for another 1-year delay, only and it should be released! the game had everything to be excellent! The biggest problem was the expectation created, the comparison with Mafia 2, etc … honestly there is no way to compare! The game lost many fundamental elements, which should have been naturally maintained and consequently evolved into something broader and more immersive but that is not what happens. And the multiplayer? I didn’t see it either … finally, it had everything to be GREAT and one of the best games in life …. it wasn’t this time, the expectation for the next Mafia remains!
The developers made a gorgeous 3-hour introduction, where the atmosphere is felt, it is interesting to watch the main character and the story is so cheerful that it is impossible to come off. But this is only the first hours. Then the intriguing plot, dynamics and character study go out for a smoke and the game turns into monotonous shootings and capture of territories with rays of light in the form of good episodes like a mission in an amusement park (but even there we have one goal – to kill, humiliate, take revenge)
