This is an incredibly story-driven game. It tells a story that revolves around a very difficult subject.
This is a very cute narrative platformer. We help a girl write a fantasy story. We help her make choices, after which this phase of the game is replaced by another – a phase in which we play the character of her story. The controls are convenient, the game looks and sounds gorgeous. It’s very interesting to play.
Bringing this across in such an atmospheric way is often not easy, and we have to admit that it often reminded us of our grandmother. There were numerous parallels, which made playing through all the more difficult for us. But we are glad we stuck with it and discovered a few things for ourselves that made us think. Of course, a game like this doesn’t appeal to everyone. If you are looking for action or challenge, you should look for something else, because failure is not possible.
