LakeSide is an Action, Adventure, and Strategy game for PC published by Massive Galaxy Studios in 2022. it is a very yucky city-building simulation!

A great day will be created by a cozy atmosphere, an attractive aesthetic, and relaxing music. A lighthearted city-building game with a lot of potentials. It’s a pretty relaxing game to play, with lovely graphics and a well-thought-out framework.

LakeSide is a cozy city builder where you can build the perfect calm town by the lakeside or a sprawling city state with wonders that the world has never seen. With 2d side-scrolling pixel vistas, each game run offers a different set of building combinations, unlocking unique buildings or epic world wonders that offer sprawling growth to your city state Build your own city with your own custom architectural and cultural changes. Unlocking more buildings and expanding your palace gives you with powerful rewards to keep growing your city.
This may be an early access, but the game feels pretty great to play already, plus it’s made by the same dev that created For The Warp, an awesome space-themed deck builder that was also developed throughout early access, and it definitely delivered in all aspects. overall the game is good but requires a lot more content (bigger housing, better food management, ability to build new rows for our city. etc hopefully they’ll expand on making this a hige city building thing.
