It’s really interesting to read. The book is good, all the flaws are pretty minor. Although we am still surprised that the use of mind control magic in one particular flashback deserved a trigger warning because of the “abuse” (although control magic is not so rare here, and there was no more pressure and violence that was unique for this scene), but the flashback with the burning of people alive did not contain any warnings.
