The atmosphere, the story, and a good, believable world in games are very important to us. So was Industria able to convince us? A resounding yes!

The game offers sophisticated gameplay, great attention to detail, and a terrific level design. The whole thing is very reminiscent of Half-Life 2 and in places also of Dishonored. There is always something to discover in smaller areas, which refreshes the gameplay a lot (well taken from Half-Life;)). The story has a motivating arc of suspense from beginning to end, where you really want to experience the end. Graphically, the game is a stunner for such a small team, better in places than some AAA productions.
Since its release in 1998, Half-Life has marked the year zero when it comes to story-driven FPS development. Conceptually, the genre changed in the 90s thanks to it and, in 2007, it then evolved, with Half-Life 2. Every first-person title on the market today owes and bases its foundations on what Valve conceived twenty years ago.
It is difficult to think of a game that can be more commemorative than Industria towards Half-Life and, at the same time, be profoundly different from it, out of necessity given the obvious difference in the production values proposed but also for ideas and the desire to put oneself at stake.

- very good atmosphere (if you get involved in the game)
- Diary entries and notes are short and sweet – expand the story background and fortunately are not a novel
