I Did Not Buy This Ticket PC Game 2023 review:
Lament the deceased! Play as a professional mourner who travels between funerals in this little psychological horror thriller. The route of this terrifying vehicle relies on how you decide to deal with what you’ve seen.
Candelaria travels from one funeral to the next, weeping for the departed she has never met in life, going on long night treks that keep her insomnia at bay. When she comes across a bus ticket she did not buy to the mysterious Eigengrau Line, she is forced to confront traumas from the past and define a new course for her life.
Overall it was a good story and I was curious/locked in from the moment I started playing. The game for me lasted about an hour and was paced pretty well! The art was a delight because it had a magazine collage analog vibe and brought me into this world, setting the tone well. The game play was very straightforward and intuitive, no bugs, and a good interface. I normally play games with the sound off cause sometimes they can be overpowering but the direction here was a good atmosphere!
