After arriving to america, Get the new targets from ICA. As you can figure out from the title, Money is the most important thing in this version. You kill humans just for money. By receiving it, Weapons can be upgraded. If polices are looking for you, bribe them. All of these Labors can be done by money. Pass first level and get a good weapon from the shop. Then get to another mission and reconnoiter the target. It seems that Killing people is the easiest work for Agent 47!
