This is a hardcore old-school FPS, built on a modified version of DOOM’s original engine, and delivers truly authentic feeling, gameplay, and graphics for this genre.

The story of Hedon is about Zan, a half-orc, half-demon warrior, that must save her kin from destruction at the hands of an unknown enemy. The setting, lore, places, and characters are all very original, distinct, and well thought out, crea.
Quests can be Main or Side. There is no quest log or diary: players need to remember what they read on documents, books, diaries, and logically make use of it. No hand-holding at all. Gathering specific items to craft machinery pieces, potions, scrolls, and many other things are only some of the quests players will face to progress or find great secrets.
Pros of Hedon Bloodrite:
- Authentic old-school shooter gameplay, featuring fast-paced skill-based combat, piles of gore, tons of secrets, and complex level design.
- The addition of innovative mechanics for the genre, such as Quests, Companions, Crafting, makes the gameplay unique.
- Good variety of weapons, items, and enemies throughout the adventure, each revealed to the player at balanced pacing.
- Five difficulties are suitable for all skill levels. The hardest one changes enemy spawns and items found throughout the whole game and is intended for a second play-through.
