Set in the post-apocalyptic world, you can swim to different parts of the ocean, collect resources, earn research points, and unlock new buildings.

Wonderful game with an interesting concept and quality implementation. It pleases everyone from visual style to mechanics. The camera allows you to zoom in / out / rotate, change the angle so that you can view the entire location or zoom in so much as to make out each resident (even facial features).
Development and construction are typical of urban planning simulators (resource collection-processing-construction-unlocking upgrades), but here we can’t produce the population (only save the accidentally met) and do not get an endless source of materials. Resources are running out quickly, you have to swim your city to new locations where garbage has not yet been collected, schools of fish not caught, and new objects for research, for which points are added for the development of the settlement.
In the current state, it is completely playable: for our part no major bugs, the version is rather stable, to optimize but it goes overall then it is very pretty and clean. It is rare to have this quality of the game in early release.
