This is a straight short story visual novel propelled by the television series “Peculiar City” (Ep1. “The One”).
The story happens in a cutting edge reality where people and monster individuals coincide. Players will assume the job of the human hero, Luo Geng, who has arrived at the legitimate eligible age of 22. Startlingly, he frames a conjugal relationship with a monster individual fireman named Firefighter Connor. This VN is very short, my read through required around 80 minutes. This is fine however I feel like parts of the story and characters weren’t adequately developed. It seems like spectating features of a relationship, where each feature (section) having a characterized moral and important point. The story is cutesy and contacting at minutes yet large numbers of the sections feel unintelligible, with parts 4 and 5 I feel having a somewhat sudden change in pace.
Any time slipped by between sections when it isn’t unequivocally expressed is ambiguous and adds to that sensation of suddenness between parts. I feel like this story and characters have a ton of potential to be stretched out upon with extra sections or extensions in Firefighter Connor.
