This game combines great elements from horror genre classics and mushes them into one variety-filled roguelike! We are terrible at roguelikes but the controls are intuitive and easy to learn. Dead Estate is classic in its approach and doesn’t carry progress, but the characters you can unlock create a wide variety of possible runs and builds.
What a great game! Fills that itch for fleshed-out Newgrounds-type games and lives up to its sisters. My only complaint during the demo was the lack of proper controller support and obviously, they fixed that. Can’t wait to start racking up runs and seeing what’s left in it to unlock!
The upgrades range from traditional to very unusual to absolutely hilarious. we think out of the weapons our favorite is the nerf gun with bouncing bullets! we are slowly getting used to the ammo mechanics but it leaves a lot of good challenges to the playstyle you choose. Finally, after so long we were able to play this game, we’m going to vitiate as much as in Isaac, this game is what you would expect from a roguelike and much more, apart from the great characters, especially Mumba, because it is Mumba
