The game is amazing and a must for ghost fans. It offers a great atmosphere and the way the whole game is set up feels really realistic or in other words, you feel like you’re really chasing a ghost.

Conrad Stevenson’s Paranormal P.I. is a first-person single-player ghost hunting simulation. Start a paranormal investigative career from your office in the town of New Eidolon. Initially, the locations to investigate are limited, but by becoming more successful as a paranormal investigator you will be invited to new locations.
Each new investigation randomly spawns a different type of ghost, and each ghost has unique behaviors which could vary your approach to investigating. In general, an investigation will take less than an hour to obtain satisfactory evidence. During investigations, you’re equipped with an Electromagnetic Field (EMF) Meter, a High-Tech Thermometer, an Audio Recorder, a Camera, and your trusty Flashlight.

Pros of Conrad Stevenson’s Paranormal P.I.:
- EMF / Thermometer, they have too small circle radius of action, so you have to use tip-tops not to miss something, increasing the field would definitely be a plus ^^
- The EVP session is a bit annoying and not intuitive
- The stove that turns on and off is also annoying, it would be better if it was either off or on and you could play with it yourself
- Sometimes the game can frame up despite strong equipment
